I stayed at the hotel for 4 night. It was clean well located. I was satisfied. First 2 days I was thinking " it was just a another satisfying good hotel. " But after I had an 2 incident ( knee injury and lost mobile . All it happened last 2 days), I absolutely changed my mind purely because how those staff react for my situation. I really want to thank Mr. DIKA. He tried so hard to help me get back my mobile. ( I left my mobile in a taxi) And I couldn't ask name of the staff (young boy , didn't seem to speak English well) I got knee injury I was unable to move about. Everything when I use wheelchair to move, he quickly help me push and get an elevator. And so many other staff... make sure I could have breakfast in my room as I was not able to walk. If I go back to Kuta, I will definitely pay a visit and want to express my appreciation personally. And of course I will stay with the hotel again. Hope the general manager recognize their hard work. Thank you guys so much again

A recommended hotel, we stayed in an XL room, which was spacious enough for three adults. The staff were very responsive and friendly, the decor was modern and well maintained, the facilities were complete, and the food and drinks were delicious, especially the welcome drinks. The location was also very strategic, close to the beach, mall, and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent rooms, service and location for price what let them down was the price of food and alcohol in the restaurant. Hence why we didn’t eat here the only other fault was if you hire a bike and park underneath they constantly move it to the point you need staff to move other bikes to get to yours. Housekeeping and front of house staff and security out front were amazing.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, just a few minutes’ walk from Beachwalk Mall Kuta. Kuta Beach is right in front of the hotel. The service is excellent, staff members are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent. The rooms aren’t very spacious, but they are comfortable. The bed and pillows are cozy as well. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel.
