This was our first stop in Bali, and we stayed here for four nights. The hotel is modern, clean, and the service level is very good. As it’s located in a busy tourist area, prices for food and other services are on the higher side, but everything you need is within walking distance — tons of shops, massage places, and restaurants. The rooftop pool on the 6th floor is the highlight. The view from the pool is amazing — a real “wow” moment. Despite the heavy traffic outside, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. The rooms are well soundproofed, and even by the rooftop pool we didn’t hear much street noise, which was a very pleasant surprise. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and housekeeping comes in every morning. There’s also a laundry service available. The staff speak English well and are friendly and helpful. One small suggestion: the staff could be a bit more proactive in addressing guests who don’t respect others (noise, behavior, etc.), especially around the pool area. A gentle reminder would be appreciated by everyone. Overall, a great place to stay if you want easy access to the beach and the full tourist area experience. Best suited for those who enjoy being in the center of the action. We would happily stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had such a pleasant time. Celebrated our 1 year anniversary and they out did themselves with the decoration and with providing a cake for us. The service was great, the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious as well. Its location is perfect as the beach is right in-front and there are many food options near by. Totally recommend.

We stayed here for 2 days, and it was truly one of the best hotels in Bali! The entrance and lobby give a grand and welcoming feel, and the rooftop with a swimming pool and restaurant offers amazing views, especially during sunset. The location is perfect, right in front of Kuta Beach, making it super convenient to explore and enjoy the area. The food and breakfast were also really good. A special mention for their exceptional service, I accidentally forgot my spectacles at the hotel, and they arranged to have them delivered to me at the airport. That level of care and hospitality truly impressed me! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a perfect location in Bali. 🌴🏖️

Spent a few nights in this trendy and unique hotel and absolutely loved it. Aritina and Hendrik, the housekeepers, took care of my room and provided wonderful service every day — always cheerful, attentive, and making sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless and cozy, and their attention to detail really made me feel at home. The hotel itself has such a cool vibe — modern design, comfy beds, and great amenities. I also appreciated how friendly and helpful all the staff were throughout my stay. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’d definitely stay here again!
