We had such an amazing stay! Every single staff member was absolutely fantastic — seriously, they deserve all the praise. Our room was a pool suite, which was perfect because the kids could jump in and swim all day. Inside, there was even a bunk bed in a separate area, which was super convenient. We stayed during a family member’s birthday, and the hotel had decorated the room in a really cute way — plus they gave us a birthday cake! We also got to use the lounge, and the food and drinks there were excellent. Breakfast had everything we needed, though I do wish they had more ice cream — that would’ve made it perfect!

We booked this resort on our trip to Thailand and must say it’s worthy . Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff. Check-out was quick and hassle-free. Top-notch pool . Service was excellent. Staff was good and very sweet. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay! Received a warm welcome from K. Oil at the check-in counter and especially from K. Nam at the cocktail lounge.Such great hospitality!. The vibe and food were fantastic. The only downside was some noise on the 4th floor due to an event, with chairs dragging until around 11 PM, so I’d minus one point for that. Overall, still a great experience and would happily return!

Amazing service and room, the staff are really nice. Thanks to K. Oil at reception. Rooms are spacious, good amenities. Pool is really nice with fantastic sunset views and colors. Nice spot to chill in Pattaya. Convenient. Breakfast variety is good, they are very attentive and professional. Lounge tea time was nice.
