I had a pleasant stay with my family. The location is great. The beach is accessible without the need to cross a road. It’.s very close to restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is excellent and the service is good and quick.

Clean room, quite luxury hotel. Great swimming pool, in front of private beach. Breakfast is awesome, plenty choices of food. 7-11 is located in front of the hotel, can walk around 100m. Room is spacious, wifi is okay 50Mbps in room.

Veranda Resort Pattaya - MGallery, Na Jomtien The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location, with a beautiful, clear blue swimming pool reflecting the sunlight, stretching horizontally along the sea. You can drive right up to the entrance where a bellboy is stationed. After dropping off your bags, they'll tag them for delivery directly to your room, so you don't have to carry them yourself. Cars are directed to a parking building next to the hotel. However, there's no connecting walkway from this building to the hotel itself, even though it's right beside it. To reach the reception or lobby, you have to walk down stairs, which is a rather unusual layout. At 2:00 PM, guests started arriving for check-in, but the wait wasn't long. We had an issue with the key card on the first try and had to go back down to the counter to have it reprogrammed. Our room was beautiful and clean, not showing its age at all. The bathroom was also clean with no odors, the air conditioning was cool, and the mattress was soft. From our room's balcony, we had a partial view of the sea. The swimming pool is definitely the highlight and a major reason we chose this hotel – it's stunning. The beachfront was full of sand , but the sun was intensely hot. Breakfast was extensive and quite luxurious, offering a good mid-range selection.

The seaside view was beautiful and truly relaxing. The layout of the room felt a bit unusual, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment—I was on vacation, after all! The place was peaceful and quiet, which made for a restful stay. The service was friendly and accommodating. A nice getaway overall.
