The hotel is located approximately a 25-minute drive from Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Everything about this hotel is first rate. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean. The staff are very friendly. I had breakfast at the hotel every morning; the servers are attentive and the chef makes delicious scrambled eggs and blini with smoked salmon. It is a very short walk to the Prado Museum -- barely five minutes. I hope to return next year.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Real! There was some street construction causing a bit of noise, but Sandra at the concierge desk went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She arranged an early check-in, upgraded our room, and handled everything with such care and professionalism. Truly exceptional service. Thank you, Sandra!

Optimal location. Exceptional service, however, the rooms are quite dated, but in great condition. That's a minor inconvenience for me. Worth an extended stay for anyone. Incredible breakfast with a fresh cut rose on every table. Surprisingly inexpensive considering the experience 🤔.

The hospitality in this hotel was incredible. They made us feel amazing, and had all the small details that make a hotel be a 5 stars. The hotel has an amazing location. It is centric and very safe. It has a cozy terrace to enjoy when you need to rest, and have a drink. And a beautiful museum that is truly a gem— something truly special.
