The hotel room's color scheme was beautiful, and the breakfast and dinner offerings were extensive. The meat and fruits were very fresh, and the hotel service was excellent. A wonderful surprise was the birthday cake from Tiana—thank you so much for that. It was truly an unforgettable experience!

From the moment we stepped into the reception area at Voco Hotel, we were warmly welcomed by Lelisa, whose professionalism and grace made an immediate impression. Her courteous and refined manner truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the spa – the massage services were excellent, providing both relaxation and rejuvenation. Special thanks to Ms. Sana for her outstanding service and attentiveness. Her welcoming attitude and genuine care elevated the entire spa experience. Additionally, one thing that truly stood out was the visible presence of security personnel throughout the property, which created a strong sense of safety and reassurance during our stay. It’s clear that guest safety and comfort are a top priority at Voco. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable experience. Voco Hotel exceeded our expectations in service, hospitality, and attention to detail. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and secure stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Voco Dubai by IHG. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the service was exceptional. The team that assisted with our luggage and the reception staff were welcoming and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a better view, which we greatly appreciated. The restaurant staff were outstanding — always friendly and smiling. A special thank you to John, Sayed, Paria, Chandana, and Hayfa for their excellent service, and to the talented chefs Lucky and Ibrahim for the delicious meals. We would also like to recognize Omar, who kept our room spotless, and the rest of the kind and helpful Srilankans team members whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch. The hotel’s facilities — including the swimming pool, spa, gym, and the breakfast and dinner buffets — were all excellent and added to our overall enjoyment. A heartfelt thank you to John for arranging a lovely farewell cake when he learned we would be leaving early in the morning before breakfast. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us. Voco Hotel is fortunate to have such an incredible team. Please take good care of them. We will definitely return and look forward to our next stay!

I had the opportunity to visit the Iftar buffet at Celsius Restaurant in vocco Hotel, and it was an incredible experience. Before even talking about the food, I have to highlight the exceptional staff at Celsius Restaurant. The warm welcome from Mr. Krishna Prasad and Ms. Isabell truly made our day. Their dedication and professionalism stood out, and they went above and beyond to assist us. From the moment we arrived, they guided us to our seats with such kindness and enthusiasm, making us feel genuinely valued. The other staff members in the dining area also deserve special appreciation.(Mr John, Chandana, Tiana, Grace, Rana, Mr Sandesh) They were always nearby, ensuring we had everything we needed and serving us with great care. Their attentiveness and commitment make them the true backbone of this restaurant. Without a doubt, they deserve a five-star rating. Now, about the menu—it was one of the best Iftar buffets I have ever had! The food was absolutely amazing, the restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and elegant. The highlight of the buffet was the Ouzi—it was simply outstanding and one of the best I have ever had in my life. Every dish was delicious, but the Ouzi stood out as truly special. It’s truly one of the best places to dine with family. I am already looking forward to coming back next week with my family and kids. A big thank you to all the staff members for their professionalism and dedication in making Celsius Restaurant a standout destination in the city!
