I had a wonderful stay at VOCO Dubai. From the moment I checked in, the experience felt warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Sahar at the front desk, she was professional, attentive, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. I was given a high floor room on the 45th floor with a beautiful view, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and well kept. A couple of small issues stood out. The room was close to the rooftop club and the bass from the music carried through the walls at night. The AC also was not working properly, and even after I called a technician, the problem was not resolved.

Stayed here as a Diamond Elite member using my points from 26-28 September. Everything from the moment we booked was superb, the confirmation emails, booking requests and transfers were all handled with superb communication. All of the staff are really professional and go out of their way to ensure your stay is everything you hoped for. The room we had overlooked the best view of Zayed Road and downtown Dubai, and was well appointed, the breakfast each day was excellent with a much better choice than expected, the Windows bar / restaurant has nice food and drinks selection with some of the best views! This hotel delivers way more than expected and we highly recommend it for business or pleasure, it’s in a great location for nightlife, shopping and downtown Dubai. Thanks for the great service from all of the staff we met, I can see why this hotel has such great reviews!!

had a truly pleasant stay at Voco Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well-maintained, but what really made the experience stand out was the excellent service. Special thanks to Abhishek, Sumon, Rakib, and Akash for their outstanding hospitality. They were attentive, professional, and always went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their genuine care and friendliness made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend Voco Hotel for anyone looking for great comfort and world-class service

We stayed at your hotel for one night, and honestly, we have never experienced such excellent service before. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Jeffrey, who was very welcoming and always smiling. He gave us a wonderful room, and we truly appreciated his kindness. Also, my friend lost her phone, and I want to thank Mr. Hassan Gad, Security in Charge, for going above and beyond his duty. He stayed with us, helped us in every possible way, and put in so much effort until we found the phone. His dedication was truly remarkable. A special thanks as well to Mr. Kashif, Security Manager, who constantly checked on us, making sure everything was fine and that we had everything we needed. We are extremely satisfied with the service, the professionalism of the team, and the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious. Thank you once again to the whole team for making our stay so memorable, we will come back for sure Esma and Sabrine
