Had a stay here last year, and everything went really well. We had a small problem with the room when checking in but the owner and staff helped really well even though the late hour. Our room got upgraded to a suit even though the problem got resolved. The hotel overall is good. Interior wise and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly which made our stay amazing and very worth to come back to. Recommend it!

The A/C was not working fine they offer me to change the room but I was busy I came in the night it works fine the other day it was not working again. I suggest they fix their A/C issues before the guests arrive. The stuff are very kind and helpful they suggest me a safe and great parking in piazza del duomo and they were very helpful about the A/C issue. the parking in the hotel is very safe and spacious. The room was clean and modern.

The best thing a out this hotel, in my experience, was the staff. In particular Francis and Miguel. They were attentive and no request was too small and delivered with a smile. The hotel is probably more for business travellers as it was a bit away from the centre with not much around. The room we had was very spacious but there was a few things that could have been better, the air con was not very powerful and took a while to cool the room down. The bed was amazing though, firm and so comfortable. You could tell the bedding was really thought about, definitely had a great night's sleep.

The hotel is situated in a remote area, with pedestrian routes to the hotel passing through subways occupied by homeless people and used as toilets. There is no direct public transport to the hotel; the nearest train station has been shut down, trams are inaccessible, and the bus takes too long to reach the city center because it doesn’t even stop at the hotel. The rooms are in poor condition, with plug sockets falling out of the walls, and customer service is confusing and unhelpful. The breakfast is unappetizing, and the coffee is comparable to dishwater—particularly disappointing considering Italy's reputation as the home of coffee. Staff frequently confuse food orders. Although the hotel claims to be accessible, the pool and fitness center are located down steps, making access difficult.
