Normally, before leaving a review, I wait until I've been at the property for a while. Perhaps in this case, I waited too long, as my stay on Thursday, August 27th, was my 82nd night at this property this year. I can say that my experience has always been positive, with a high standard maintained over time. The property, still in perfect working order in every respect, shows some signs of difficulty with the elevators: when the hotel is full, the wait for the elevators can reach up to 2 minutes, especially for those staying on the higher floors. The key strength is the staff. The entire reception staff is a clear example of the friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness that I sense in every interaction with them. The food and beverage staff (breakfast and restaurant) are extremely attentive to guests' needs, with excellent courtesy, preparation, and responsiveness. All of the above is achieved by relying on very young staff, with a strong desire to succeed combined with truly high-level training. As far as I know, only one employee is a little older than the others: Mr. Filippo, part of the breakfast staff I meet almost every morning. He's a man from another era, with exceptional courtesy and unparalleled professionalism. A huge thank you to all of them.

We had a fantastic stay at Voco Milan! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooms were spotless, very modern, and extremely comfortable, with stylish decor and thoughtful touches that made our stay extra pleasant. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Everything from pastries to hot dishes was delicious and beautifully presented. While the hotel isn't directly connected to public transit, we drove to a nearby Metro station, which made getting into the city center quick and easy. It worked well for us and gave us flexibility during our trip. Overall, we’d highly recommend Voco Milan for anyone looking for excellent service, a clean and modern atmosphere, and a great start to the day with their breakfast spread. A great value and a wonderful experience!

Overall, the experience was good; however, I may not consider repeating it due to the behavior of one of the reception staff, particularly Alice. She was quite aggressive in the way she communicated information. Additionally, she noticed us struggling with the elevator, which operates with a new technology, yet chose to leave the reception area without offering any assistance. It wasn’t until a security team member stepped in that we received the guidance we needed. I found this disappointing, as supporting and assisting guests should be a fundamental part of her role

When the best thing about the hotel is location doesn’t say a lot for the hotel. They have security on reception I guess they treat customer in a way to annoy them enough enough that there scared need protection see previous review of male security person similar experience the same from another male security guard. Talking to customer like they mean nothing like the customer is stupid for booking this hotel. Some of staff are racist discriminating maybe for this reason security is justified. Don’t ask to speak to GM is probably hiding in his office or maybe hiding behind security scared the external company security guard acting like the owner. Restaurant is good and breakfast is good . If you don’t want to be subjected to racism avoid reception.
