Wandin Valley Estate is located in Lovedale, approximately a one-hour drive from Newcastle Airport and a little over two hours from Sydney. Hidden in the iconic Hunter Valley wine region, this beautiful country estate is your launchpad to chef-hatted restaurants, award-winning wineries, distilleries and natural wonders, including the historic Old Great North Road. Transfers are not included, please plan accordingly.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your hotel booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. If the property is located in any other country you may make unlimited date changes up to 1 day before check-in. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to availability and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Please note unlimited changes are not applicable for flights.

Please Note:

• Due to enhanced cleaning measures, check-in is between 3pm and 5pm. Keys are to be collected at the Cellar Door. Wandin Estate requires guests to strictly adhere to check-in times. Should you have a specific request outside of these times, prior arrangement must be made with Wandin Estate before your date of arrival. Wandin Estate will try to accommodate these requests when and where possible.
• The included dining credit is per couple, and must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• A pre-authorisation of A$200 is required per package upon check-in.
• Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Wandin Kitchen is open Wednesday and Thursday from 12pm until 3pm, Friday and Saturday from 12pm until 3pm and again from 6pm until close, and Sunday from 8am until 3pm. Wandin Kitchen is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. For bookings made on Monday and Tuesday nights, the included credit can be used on Wednesday following checkout.
