Professional property host/manager

• A compulsory meal plan fee of FJD175 per person per day is payable either prior to, or on arrival at the resort. Please note - for guests staying from April 1 2025, meals will be included in accommodation rates and not paid separately. Conditions apply.
• All room charges include a 15% Fiji government tax and are quoted per the room’s standard occupancy for single or double occupancy. All room rates and charges are in Fijian Dollars only.
• Waya Island Resort accepts Visa and Mastercard. No ATM or money withdrawal facilities are available. Please bring Fijian dollars for village visits and purchases.
• Breakfast is served daily from 7am to 9:30am.
• Lunch is served daily from 12pm to 2pm.
• Dinner is a la carte and served daily from 6pm to 9pm.
• Nightly cocktail per adult for 6+ night packages are available from 5pm to 7pm.
• Pizzas are available dailt from 11am to 3pm.

Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Guests under 18 years old are not permitted at this adults-only property.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.

Update 9 June 2026 10.30am AEST: A temporary energy charge of FJ$20 per night will be applied for all new bookings made from 15 June 2026. This is due to the rise in fuel costs, which has significantly impacted the resort’s operating expenses.

Getting to and from the resort:

• Waya Island is accessible by daily ferry, private helicopter or a private speedboat charter.
• Daily ferry: South Sea Cruise operates high-speed catamaran transfers between Port Denarau and the island in approximately two hours. Catamarans depart daily from Port Denarau at 8.45am. Catamarans depart daily from Waya Island at 3.35pm.
• Private helicopter: A private helicopter charter will transport you from Nadi Airport to Waya Island Resort in just 20 minutes.
• Private speedboat charter: Journey to Waya Island by a private speedboat charter, a 1.5-hour trip from the mainland. Your private charter will collect you from Vuda Marina or Port Denarau, both a 25-minute drive from Nadi Airport via shuttle, taxi or private transfer.
• For those with late departures, a courtesy bure for changing or a late check out on request will be offered subject to availability and could incur an additional fee.
