We loved our stay at Wrest Point! Our mountain view room was a great choice — comfortable and relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially Hannah at the front desk and Rocky, who made our stay extra special. The breakfast buffet was definitely one of the highlights — delicious with plenty of variety. We also loved the Smokehouse Restaurant, the convenient parking, and the beautiful views. All in all, we’re very happy and would definitely stay here again!

The services here from check-in to check out were amazing. Very friendly customer service and courteous. The rooms are extremely clean. Couldn't find anything to fault the hotel. I got an upgrade room to one facing the ocean. Nice private spa, pool, gym and sauna. The breakfast buffet is too good with varieties to choose from. I will go back for sure. I wish I could give 11/10 🤣 at the least. Thanks wrest point hotel for making my vacation amazing.

Lovely friendly staff on reception and room service cleaning, nice tidy comfy rooms, great showers. Constant lift maintenance, one lift and a service lift which was pain trying to get to and from our room. Lost a star for the lifts. Schnitzel and fish and chips at the bistro were the best.

We paid over $800 for a deluxe double room with a harbour view, but the view was mostly blocked by the rooftop of a large building (not sure what is it but it is attached to the main tower). The main ceiling lights didn’t work, only the small bedside lights did. The bathroom fan did not turn on, the air conditioner wasn’t working either, and the carpet was old and dirty with dust and beer bottle caps near the chairs. The staff at the main entrance were friendly, funny, and helpful, but the room needs a lot of maintenance. Adding microwaves to the rooms would make the stay better.
