Wyndham Grand Crete Mirabello Bay is ideally situated on the scenic Mirabello Bay in Crete. The charming town of Agios Nikolaos, featuring a welcoming promenade and harbour, is less than a 10-minute drive away, while Plaka and Spinalonga can be reached in about 20 minutes. The hotel is located approximately a 45-minute drive from Heraklion Airport (HER). Transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

  • Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10.30am, lunch is served from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and dinner is served 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
  • All meals served at Amalthea Main Restaurant.
  • The welcome gift on arrival is a bottle of wine and sweets.
  • Infants count towards maximum room capacity only if a baby cot is needed.
  • Free-flow drinks are available for guests staying on the all-inclusive package at the following times: bottled water, soft drinks, draft beer, local wine, tea, coffee and juice is served during lunch and dinner times. Bottled water, soft drinks, draft beer, local wine, tea, filter coffee, greek coffee, whole bean coffee, espresso, cappuccino and juice are served at Sip N’ Dip Pool Bar between 10am and 6pm or at Marina Yacht Bar between 10am and 11pm. Branded international and local spirits, long drinks and cocktails are served at Sip N’ Dip Pool Bar between 10am and 6pm or at Marina Yacht Bar between 10am and 11pm.
  • The following snacks are available for guests staying on the all-inclusive package: pizza, sandwiches, traditional pies, cake, biscuits and doughnuts from 11.30am–12.30pm and 2.30pm–6pm. Ice cream is available from 10am until 6pm.

We spent 2 weeks in this resort and it was an amazing experience. The staff was welcoming and always happy to support. Nice view and access to the Mediterranean Sea 🌊. Pools were relaxing, toboggan is a real plus. Food is in general good. A special thanks to Sofia the Restaurant Manager who was tracking each single detail to make our stay special. This resort is adapted to families with kids/babies. Ps: special attention, I got a birthday cake during my stay with a card from the staff 😊 We will be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve just enjoyed a truly wonderful stay at Mirabello Bay Luxury Resort, and it was everything we could have hoped for in a family holiday. The all-inclusive experience was excellent – from the generous buffets with plenty of variety to the delicious cocktails served at the different bars, everything was top quality. The resort itself is stunning, with many beautiful pools to choose from, and the water park was an absolute highlight for our children (ages 7 and 9) – they had the best time there! What made the holiday even more special was the staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their warmth and professionalism created such a welcoming atmosphere. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend Mirabello Bay Luxury Resort to families or anyone looking for a relaxing, carefree getaway.

We had an amazing experience. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated, which created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. There was a great variety of very tasty food. The service was exceptional - the staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. On top of that, the breathtaking view from the hotel made the stay an unforgettable and magical experience. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommended

This is less than a three star hotel. It was the worst experience ever, and we have stayed in many five star hotels. We booked a two bedroom maizonette in the village with sea view, and it clearly states in their website “two comfortable bedrooms “. We booked it as we have a baby and we needed a second room. We decided to spend the extra money - 700 euro per night to have two separate bedrooms in our room. When we arrived at 2:00am, it took them two and a half hours to get us to our room (they had only one buggy to serve four families, and Alexandros the driver was a great guy, however he was overworked). When we finally got to our room it was a ONE bedroom maizonette. My husband had to sleep on a coach. The second bedroom was non existent. There was no one at reception to solve the issue, so the next day we spoke with the manager Olga, who would not admit their mistake and told us there was no maizonette with two bedrooms and proceeded to “upgrade” us to a two bedroom in the main building, which was not an upgrade at all, it was actually a severe downgrade! The two bedroom room was dark and small and facing the road (no sea view). We stayed there two nights and then magically on the third night after many complaints, the original two bedroom maizonette existed!!! They however charged us the normal prices for all the nights!!! Even though they didn’t give us the rooms that we originally booked, we only stayed in those rooms the last two nights! And besides alll this mess, the rooms were full of ants, the pool area was filthy, the beach area infront was small, overcrowded and unorganized with no service. Food was hard to find at any given time. Breakfast area was overpacked! We couldnt wait to leave! It was the worst stay ever! The only good thing were the gentlemen with the buggies names alexandros and pandelis! This hotel is willing to take your money but not willing to provide the five star experience! Three stars and I am being generous. Never again!
