The charming town of Agios Nikolaos, featuring a welcoming promenade and harbour, is less than a 10-minute drive away, while Plaka and Spinalonga can be reached in about 20 minutes. The hotel is located approximately a 45-minute drive from Heraklion Airport (HER). Transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - Unlimited access to Mirabello Spa facilities includes the sauna, hammam and jacuzzi. Guests must be aged 15+ to access the spa.
- Spa facilities are open from 9am until 7pm daily. No booking required.
- Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10.30am, lunch is served from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and dinner is served 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
- All meals served at Amalthea Main Restaurant.
- The welcome gift on arrival is a bottle of wine and sweets.
- Infants count towards maximum room capacity only if a baby cot is needed.
- Free-flow drinks are available for guests staying on the all-inclusive package at the following times: bottled water, soft drinks, draft beer, local wine, tea, coffee and juice is served during lunch and dinner times. Bottled water, soft drinks, draft beer, local wine, tea, filter coffee, greek coffee, whole bean coffee, espresso, cappuccino and juice are served at Sip N’ Dip Pool Bar between 10am and 6pm or at Marina Yacht Bar between 10am and 11pm. Branded international and local spirits, long drinks and cocktails are served at Sip N’ Dip Pool Bar between 10am and 6pm or at Marina Yacht Bar between 10am and 11pm.
- The following snacks are available for guests staying on the all-inclusive package: pizza, sandwiches, traditional pies, cake, biscuits and doughnuts from 11.30am–12.30pm and 2.30pm–6pm. Ice cream is available from 10am until 6pm.
