Wyndham Sundancer Resort Lombok is in Sekotong, in the south-west of Lombok Island. Set on a private beach, it’s just a short boat trip from some of the world’s best diving sites and surf breaks. It’s also perfectly placed to explore the lush tropical jungles of the island, where Mount Rinjani, an active volcano, and Tiu Kelep waterfall reside. The resort is 75 minutes’ drive from Lombok International Airport. Transfers are not included, please plan accordingly.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. We felt at home. Despite the hotel's size, they take care of each guest individually. The staff is charming, as is the manager and owner. The spa is included, as is breakfast. They provided us with every convenience, both in terms of activities and airport transportation. They took care of us at all times, even to the point of helping us find another night in Sekotong (despite them being full) at another hotel so we could catch our flight the next day. They were very generous with us (we had the experience of sleeping in one of their villas thanks to the manager, and they took us to see the sunset), and we are very grateful. We fully recommend a stay at this wonderful hotel.

Luxury hotel with a large room, well, more like an apartment! Clean and pleasant - 2 toilets, 2 TVs and a large bathroom with bathtub and shower - very reasonable price for the place - private beach - the big downside is that the hotel is far from everything and it is difficult to get a driver yourself - the price of the driver is quite high if you go through the hotel -

I stayed at this hotel and, although the facilities are good and quite comfortable, the overall experience is ruined by how incredibly tacky everything feels. The worst part is the food: absolutely disgraceful, especially considering how amazing the food usually is in Indonesia. Here, however, it was really disgusting and careless. A huge disappointment. They organized a beach barbecue that turned out to be a disaster: low-quality food, unbearably loud and distorted speakers, cheap tables, and poor lighting. In short, everything was rough and lacked any sense of refinement or taste. The best word to describe this hotel is tacky. It’s a shame, because the facilities themselves are very good, but the lack of attention to detail and the awful food completely ruin the stay.
