Amazing experience. We feel recharged and energized after the stay. The staff are very helpful at the front office, explaining to us how to use the hotel app made it so easy to navigate around the resort and sending us to the villa. Ken, the bellboy is very friendly and has a great service mind, not only he helped us with our luggage, he also made sure the room temp was right as we reached our villa. We ordered room service. The food was great and came in generous portions. We are also very happy with our breakfast. There was a variety of food at the bar and on the menus. The staff is so attentive and caring. We will definitely come back again. Thank you everyone for making this stay wonderful!

Amazing stay with exceptional service! Cross Pattaya Oceanphere is a stunning hotel with beautiful villas and private pools. The floating breakfast was a highlight—so delicious and such a unique experience! A special thanks to SA, the supervisor, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. When she noticed a small issue with our room, she immediately helped us switch to a better one without us even asking. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax in luxury. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Cross Pattaya Oceanphere as a family and had a comfortable experience overall. The villa was spacious and came with a private pool, which was great for relaxing. They also provided a baby cot, which made things much easier for us. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While the villa was generally nice, there were some areas that felt a bit dusty or not as clean as expected — possibly due to it being a standalone unit. Still, it didn’t affect our stay too much. A peaceful place for a family trip, especially if you’re looking for space and privacy.

I have been to many places but this was the first time I found things like this for 5-star hotel. Overall it looks okay and private. The staffs did not assist much on the direction on where the lobby or breakfast was after dropped us in the reception area. The unacceptable thing for me was probably the towels in the room. They were too old, and even has a hole in it, and worn out bed sheet. I don't get it, how can this be okay? Also, found a bunch of hair floating in the pool, and dust in many areas inside the room. It was not cheap to stay and I'm probably expecting something a bit better than this to be honest. Totally not worth it.
