Banquet Menu
  • Number One Special: Flaming balls of crab salad with avocado wrapped in Hiramasa kingfish and nori, baked with our secret sauce, topped with bittersweet soy glaze
  • Dragon Egg: tuna tartare sushi mixed with chipotle mayonnaise on a shiso leaf, topped with avocado and finished with ponzu sauce
  • Wagyu tataki: Wagyu AA 9+ roast beef, seared and chilled, served rare with garlic, ginger and ponzu sauce
  • Hot mushroom salad: Shimiji and baby king mushrooms, sautéed with seaweed butter, served on fresh garden greens
  • Snapper in lobster broth: Snapper goujons wrapped in soba noodle, gently fried and served with lobster miso broth
  • Alaskan crab gyoza: House made Alaskan crab and cheese filled gyoza pastry and ponzu sesame sauce
  • Chicken karaage: Marinated chicken in seasoned potato flour, shallow fried, with teriyaki sauce and chilli mayonnaise
  • Miso soup and rice: Kobe Jones’s own red and white miso soup and individual serves of Japanese style rice
  • Miso citrus lobster: New season lobster tail lightly cooked in a wafu thermidor sauce, drizzled with miso citrus and served on a bed of steamed vegetables
  • Flaming Anko: Green tea crème brulee with red bean served flaming to the table for a caramelised finish

Conditions of the Deal

Valid for set menu only. Strictly no walk-ins. Menu items are subject to change. Voucher valid for dine-in only. Please note, dishes may be served concurrently. Those without a voucher must pay full price, payable directly to Kobe Jones Melbourne. Children under seven do not need voucher (kid’s menus are available at a la carte prices), all people over seven years need vouchers. The whole table/booking/group must have a voucher. Everyone sitting on the table must be on the same voucher, vouchers cannot be mixed. Maximum of 10 vouchers redeemable per booking. Vouchers for this offer are limited and subject to availability. How to Redeem

Bookings of up to six people can be made online, booking over six people must be made directly with the restaurant by calling (03) 9329 9173. Be sure to mention your redemption code in the special requests field. Once your booking is confirmed you will receive an email confirming your reservation.
