Set menu applies, all other items are available at full price paid directly to Ichiban Japanese Restaurant. Any special request to change the menu (e.g vegan, gluten free) will incur extra handling charges of $10 per menu change. Entire voucher must be used in one visit. Menu items are subject to change. Voucher valid for dine-in only. Limit of 10 vouchers may be purchased for personal use; 10 vouchers may be purchased as gifts. Maximum of one voucher redeemable per booking. How to Redeem
- No walk-ins or bookings via phone, Quandoo, The Fork, or the Ichiban website
- Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance via the Cudo online booking tool
- After purchasing, click ‘Book Online’. Select your preferred date and time. Enter your contact details and once complete, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email
- If purchasing via our app or redeeming a gift: Visit https://www.cudo.com.au/book to complete your booking
- Book early to secure your desired date and time. Should Ichiban Japanese Restaurant need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
- Present printed or smartphone voucher on arrival
Changes to Booking
48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. If you wish to amend your reservation, this can be done via 'My Account' on our website within the change or cancellation period only
