- Pale straw with a hint of yellow. Aromas of ripe stonefruit, peach blossom and white nectarine with a hint of green apple are supported by a fine nutty character and subtle background oak. The palate opens immediately with fresh fruit flavours balanced against a pleasant, creamy texture and soft finish. Oak is supportive yet restrained and the acid provides good drive and length, which is nicely balanced by a little sweetness.

McWilliams Family Collection Shiraz 2018
- Vibrant rouge with red hues. Aromas of plum, blackcurrants and dark cherry fruit dominate the nose with hints of black pepper and spice, sweet toasty oak adds complexity to the aroma. Palate is soft and full-bodied, flavours of plum, blackberry and cherry are supported by subtle fine tannins, and toasty oak provides excellent length to the palate.
