Conditions of the Deal

• Valid for new customers only. Please note: Voucher is valid for short to medium (shoulder length) hair. Root re-touch valid for up to 1.5cm
• Toner, if required, incurs a surcharge - quoted on the day ranging from $20 to $30 dependent on hair type and length (please enquire if unsure). Back to back foils extra $20. Hair trim will incur a surcharge of $30. All surcharges payable directly to Dolce Hair Salon
• Late arrival may shorten treatment time. Limit of one voucher may be purchased for personal use; three vouchers as gifts. Maximum one voucher redeemable per booking. Vouchers trying to be used a second time by the same person will not be honoured.

How to Redeem

• Book early to secure your desired date and time, particularly for Saturday appointments
• Present printed or smartphone voucher on arrival

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. No-show voids voucher

Cancellations

All changes and cancellations are subject to our standard Refund Policy
