Conditions of the Deal

Please note, a non-refundable $5 booking fee applies ($2.50pp), payable at the time of booking. The booking fee is payable via Visa/Mastercard only. All guests must be at their booking within 15 minutes of their booking time or may risk voucher forfeiture. Offer not available in conjunction with 'dishes to share menu' or ‘menu du jour’, other specials, promotions or coupons. Any beverages ordered must be paid in full; the 50% discount does not apply to beverages. No BYO permitted. Entire voucher must be used in one visit. Menu items are subject to change. Voucher valid for dine-in only. Limit of one voucher may be claimed for personal use; multiple vouchers may be claimed as gifts. Maximum of one voucher claimable per booking - two people dining. However, a maximum of six people per table is permitted (subject to availability, please make a note of this request in the ‘comments’ section when booking). How to Redeem

• Strictly no walk-ins, no bookings accepted via phone, email, The Fork or Open Table
• All bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance via the Cudo online booking tool only
• After claiming, click ‘Book Online'
• Select your preferred date and time and pay the booking fee. Enter your contact details and once complete, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email
• If claiming via our app or redeeming a gift: Visit https://www.cudo.com.au/book to complete your booking
• Book early to secure your desired date and time. Should Bistro Guillaume need to contact you regarding your reservation they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
• Present printed or smartphone voucher on arrival

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• If you wish to amend your reservation, this can be done via 'My Account' on our website or by clicking on Manage Booking in your booking confirmation email
• The booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellation of booking, non-attendance or changing a booking with less than 24 hours notice forfeits the booking fee
