Menu items are strictly subject to seasonal availability. Listed menu is a sample only. Voucher valid for dine-in only. No BYO permitted. Entire voucher must be used in one visit; unused portions of the voucher will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date. Any excess amount must be paid directly to Sailmaker at Hyatt Regency Sydney. Maximum of one voucher redeemable per booking/table. Maximum four diners per table/booking. How to Redeem
- Strictly no walk-ins, and no bookings will be accepted through Hyatt Regency website, TheFork or First Table
- Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance via the Cudo online booking tool
- After purchasing, click ‘Book Online’. Select your preferred date and time. Enter your contact details and once complete, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email
- If purchasing via our app or redeeming a gift: Visit https://www.cudo.com.au/book to complete your booking
- Book early to secure your desired date and time. Should Sailmaker at Hyatt Regency Sydney need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
- Present printed or smartphone voucher on arrival
Changes to Booking
24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. If you wish to amend your reservation, this can be done via 'My Account' on our website within the change or cancellation period only
