One area is equivalent to one cup on the body (e.g. one arm is one area, both arms is two areas). Eight areas can be completed in one session with eight areas/cups OR over two sessions if preferred with four each session. Please contact your local GP for suitability before purchase. If any of the above conditions are applicable to yourself, please consult with your doctor before making a booking. Side effects: You may experience temporary bruising, redness, skin sensitivity, and swelling. Depending upon how susceptible you are, bruising should only last a short time. Sometimes the vacuum can leave a red burn which can last for a few weeks but will fade over time.
