Conditions of the Deal
- Valid for persons 18 years and over. Results from one treatment can last three to six months. Individual results may vary
- Not suitable for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have neuromuscular disease, bells palsy or with an active skin disease. Please contact Forever Young Australia Co. if you have concerns BEFORE purchasing the deal. Recommended only for people who fully understand the treatment and the risks of the treatment. Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding with procedure, it is recommended that a second opinion is sought from an appropriately qualified health practitioner
- Timing of procedure to be agreed upon between customer and practitioner. Preferred date is not guaranteed and subject to the practitioner's usual schedule. Late arrival may shorten session time
- Actual number of units administered is at the practitioner's discretion. Full refund available if the practitioner deems client unsuitable for the procedure or advises against procedure for any reason
