- $20 surcharge applies to remove existing eye lashes, payable directly to the vendor
- Refill session must be done within two weeks of initial appointment
- Late arrival may shorten treatment time. Individual results may vary. Limit one voucher may be purchased for personal use; one voucher may be purchased as a gift.
